The end of the 3rd quarter of 2018 saw a vast improvement in the Fostoria housing market as compared to the end of the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Year to date, the Fostoria market has experienced a 23.3% increase in the number of single family homes sold, a 13.5% increase in the average sales price and an 11% decrease in the number of days on the market when compared to the same period in 2017. The average sale price to list price ratio through the end of the 3rd quarter of 2018 was 94.63%.
