At the end of the 3rd quarter of 2017 the Fostoria housing market continued to improve when compared to the first 3 quarters of 2016.
There was a 2% increase in the number of single family homes sold and a 1.19% increase in the average sales price. Additionally, there was a 14.5% decrease in the number of days on the market as opposed to 2016. The sale price to list price ratio through the 3rd quarter of 2017 was 96.5%
