The end of 2016 saw mixed results in the Fostoria housing market as compared to the end of 2015.
There was a 6.8% decrease in the number of single family homes sold and a .4% increase in the average sales price. The 18.1% decrease in the number of days on the market indicates houses were moving more quickly. Finally, the sale price to list price ratio through the end of 2016 was 93.09%.
