The end of the 3rd quarter of 2016 saw an improvement in the Fostoria housing market as compared to the end of the 3rd quarter of 2015.
There was a 2.1% increase in the number of single family homes sold and a 3.4% increase in the average sales price. The 15.3% decrease in the number of days on the market indicates houses are moving more quickly. The sale price to list price ratio through the end of the 3rd quarter of 2016 was 93.39%.
