The 1st quarter of 2016 saw a slight downturn in the Fostoria housing market as compared to the 1st quarter of 2015.
There was a 12% decrease in the number of single family homes sold and a 25% decrease in the average sales price. The 12.5% decrease in the number of days on the market indicates houses are moving more quickly. The sale price to list price ratio for the 1st quarter of 2016 was 93.76%
